The complexity of education determines that teachers, as the most core elements of education, is not just an executor. However, in current educational ecosystem, the systematic support for teachers is far from being enough.
Based on the actual needs of teachers, ETU hopes to create a ETU teacher growth system aimed at empowering teachers’ comprehensive development by leveraging the wealth of professional development know-how in the private sector. In this way, we hope to transform teachers from today’s exhausted providers of educational service to fully-empowered professional innovators. Over the past 3 years, ETU’s professional development system has not only enabled our teachers to realize their professional and personal growth and development, at the same time, we are also dedicated to providing these training program to public school, and even rural school teachers.

- ETU’s culture and core value: ETU & Me, and ETUx forum
- Teacher’s professional training that is focused on approaches to learning, blended learning, understanding based on design (UbD)
- Progressive Pedagogies: Project-based learning, social-emotional learning, and the build up of a leraning community with other teachers from both within and outside ETU school
- Teacher’s core competencies: Fundamental competencies that is aimed at improving teacher’s communication and collaboration, and execution skills, inspring creativites in teaching and learning
